Meet the team

Established in 2011 the Suzies Deeds team have grown, providing us with a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism. All of this is passed on to you- our client. Therefore ensuring you receive the best possible service and experience.

Hand-picked, our team complete a full training program including; COSHH (Control of substances hazardous to health) environmental awareness and safeguarding awareness before starting their "on the job" training.

Our team are also fully DBS checked and insured to give you that added peace of mind while we are working on your premises.

My role involves making sure the company structure and operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

I started cleaning in 2011 as a sole trader, setting up in 2016 as a Ltd company. Prior to this my working background involved Management, Education, Training and Community Support Work. With those skills combined it equipped me to be transparent and grow

I have a passion for people, when it comes to supporting others this is where I am at my happiest. I get a great deal of satisfaction out of my job; no day is ever the same which gives me the drive and determination to continue to grow.

I thrive off the fact that all our customers have come though reputable recommendations, I set the bar high when I created the structure for Suzie's Deeds, my emphasis is based around quality systems.

Having a passion and drive for a providing a high level of cleaning and customer service enabled me to foster an excellent set of work ethics amongst the team which is used every day.

I'm dedicated to my role and work hard to achieve the very best for anyone who has involvement with our service.

I'm thankful every day that I get to go to work and do something I absolutely love.

I joined the team in February 2020, just before COVID changed the world as we know it.

My role is the office administrator which means I over see all staff communication, new starter paperwork, new client contracts, cleaning checklists for our team and also review the risk assessments, anything that involves paperwork, filing systems or organisation is my thing! I regularly speak with our clients and hearing their feedback for the work the team have done fills me with pride, knowing that we have made a difference to someone's personal life or working environment gives me joy.

During the last year there have been many challenges faced by everyone and to be part of a team that has not only continued to work but to employ new staff has been amazing. I am so proud to work for such a diverse, inclusive and proactive company and have the most amazing manager and team around me.

My role includes: - Providing a high standard of cleaning. Completing required training, ensuring a high standard of safety measures. Being punctual and reliable and working in a manner that’s friendly and approachable with colleagues and employers.

It’s important to me when working for a company / organisation that you feel appreciated and valued as an employee, and the management staff at Suzie’s Deeds do so. I’ve always felt confident and comfortable and know I am able to ask any questions when unsure no matter how small or silly you may think they are and there's always somebody there at end of the phone. Communication is great, we are always kept updated and informed.

We undertake a thorough pre-employment screening process before employment commences. All our staff are interviewed in person and background checked which includes a DBS check.

We only select the best employees. Reference checking is undertaken before employment commences.

Training
